Who you'd be working with

Thirty years, one chair, a great many people.

Victor Seijas has spent more than three decades as a coach, mentor, trainer and consultant — the majority of it one-on-one, which is a slower way to build a career and a faster way to learn what actually works.

That experience is the whole offer. Not a proprietary system with a trademark on it. A practised read on why capable people stall, and the patience to stay with someone past the point where the enthusiasm wears off.

More about Victor

The Method

Four movements. In order. No shortcuts.

Most coaching fails in the gap between insight and Tuesday morning. This sequence is built to close it.

  1. 01

Tell the truth about where you are

Nothing moves while the story is still flattering. The first sessions are spent getting an accurate reading — not a harsh one, an accurate one. Most people have never said the real version out loud to anybody.

  2. 02

    Name the one thing

You do not have twelve problems. You have one, and eleven symptoms. We find the one. It is usually not the thing you came in talking about, and it is usually something you already suspected.

  3. 03

    Build the evidence

Confidence is not summoned, it is earned in small increments and then remembered. We set the first target deliberately close, hit it, and log it. Then the next. You are assembling proof, not feelings.

  4. 04

    Make it boring

The goal is a version of your life where the new behaviour is unremarkable. That is what lasting looks like. When the work stops feeling like an event, it has actually taken.

Written by Victor

Dare to Live — a book, a guidebook, and a journal.

Three titles published in July 2024. The book lays out six keys for turning setbacks into comebacks; the guidebook is where you work them through; the journal is what you keep afterwards.
