Work with Victor

Three ways in.One conversationto begin.

Every engagement starts the same way — a call where we work out whether this is the right fit, in both directions. Nothing is sold on that call.

01

One-on-one coaching

Private, ongoing, and the reason for everything else on this page.

A working relationship rather than a course. We meet regularly, we work on what is actually in front of you, and the agenda changes when your life does. This is the format Victor has spent thirty years in.

Who it's for

  • Founders and owner-operators carrying it alone
  • Executives who have hit a ceiling that isn't about competence
  • People mid-transition — career, business, or the personal thing underneath it

How it runs

  • An intake conversation before either of us commits
  • Regular sessions, scheduled ahead so they survive a busy month
  • Between-session access when something can't wait

Taken by application. Victor keeps the roster small on purpose.

02

Keynote & speaking

For rooms that have sat through enough motivational speakers.

A talk built around one idea an audience can act on before the week is out, shaped to the room rather than delivered off the shelf. Victor asks what the organisation is actually dealing with and writes toward it.

Who it's for

  • Conferences and annual meetings
  • Sales kickoffs and leadership offsites
  • Association and industry events

How it runs

  • A briefing call to find the real theme, not the printed one
  • Thirty to sixty minutes, plus live Q&A
  • Travelling from Miami; in-person or remote

Share your dates and the room, and Victor will tell you honestly whether he's the right fit.

03

Team workshops

The one-on-one work, run for a group that has to keep working together.

A half or full day where a team does the difficult version of a conversation they have been having politely for months. Facilitated closely, with something written down at the end that people are willing to be held to.

Who it's for

  • Leadership teams heading into a hard year
  • Departments carrying unresolved friction
  • Companies going through a merger, a pivot, or a founder transition

How it runs

  • A scoping call with whoever owns the outcome
  • Half day or full day, on site or off
  • A follow-up session six to eight weeks later, which is when it usually matters

Group size is capped so it stays a conversation.

04

Speaking on campus

Orientation, leadership summits, commencement week and residence halls — for an audience that did not choose to be in the room. Talks, formats and the practical answers your committee will want are on their own page.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What are we going to do?

Talk, mostly — but with a direction. Early on we establish an honest picture of where you are and isolate the one thing holding the rest in place. After that, each session sets something specific to do before the next one and reviews what happened with the last. It is closer to training than to therapy: repetitive on purpose, and measured against whether your actual life changed.

How is this going to help me?

By removing the gap between what you already know and what you do. Almost nobody arrives short of information. What people are short of is a structure that survives contact with a bad week, and one person who notices when they quietly stop. That is the job.

Why do this now?

Because the cost of waiting is not neutral. The pattern you are in is teaching you something every day you stay in it, and it compounds the same way progress does. Thirty years of this has made one thing clear: the people who move are rarely the ones who felt most ready. They are the ones who started while still unsure.

How long does the work take?

Something usually shifts in the first month; it holding without support takes longer. Most one-on-one relationships run months rather than weeks, and Victor would rather tell you that upfront than sell you a six-week transformation neither of us believes in.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format and the commitment, and it is discussed openly on the intake call before anyone signs anything. There is no package to be upsold from — the intake call is a genuine conversation about fit, and it is free.

What if I'm not sure I'm the right fit?

That is what the first conversation is for, and it goes both ways. Victor turns down work that isn't right for him, and will tell you if he thinks someone else is better placed to help. Nobody is served by starting a relationship like this on a maybe.
